My daughter, 5 years old, loves playing with her doll and everyday with her two older sisters, aged 7 to 12 years, but my disappointment at Amazon. If we take the doll, was well packed, so we thought preserved, but when we started together, we discovered that the doll was missing two of the back wall, and was previously opened. I think that Amazon should have noticed that the field was still packed. When we contacted Amazon Women on the phone, who spokevery broken English, was not helpful. Finally, we must call the manufacturer of the dolls house 'and they sent a free replacement panels, but we had to return walls of our will, for the doll together, so my daughter could play with her doll on Christmas morning. My advice to everyone is that once the packets are received, open and compile a full inventory of contents. I propose this way to avoid any unnecessary stress. This is whatI learned from this experience. The doll is wonderful, and I recommend it to everyone.
